This lamp is the first fully dimmable energy efficient lamp that can be dimmed with Danlers, Eaton, Hamilton and other mainstream dimmer manufacturers. Directly replaces your existing 100watt incandescent lamp. This lamp produces 1200 lumen's. This Light bulb is designed to work with a standard dimmer switch. This energy saving Light bulb is rated at 20Watt. Please note that dimmer switches have minimum load limits as well as maximum load limits. Therefore you MUST check the minimum load limit of your dimmer and make sure the minimum load limit is met. i.e. if the dimmer has a minimum load limit of 40W you need to use at least two Dimmable Energy Saving Varilight bulbs (2 x 20W=40W) Also check the maximum load limit so that if your dimmer has a maximum load of 250W then you can use a maximum of twelve Dimmable Energy Saving Varilights.
