Making a Purchase:
Could not be easier, just browse our website and add any item that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
When confirmation is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us. We will email you our acceptance of you order once your credit card details have been processed by Paypal or Sagepay. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing,or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to insure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling:
We will action your order either the same day or the day after you place it with us, assuming it is a working day. (Monday to Friday 8.55am to 5:00pm)
Unfortunately, if a large parcel needs to be sent to the Scottish Highlands or an offshore Isle such as Nothern Ireland or the Isle of Mann via a courier there will be additional charges. Please contact us before ordering.
Alternatively, we will contact you on receipt of your order. Smaller deliveries that can be sent via Royal Mail will incur no extra charge.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact us before ordering, as there will most likely be additional shipping costs for any items going overseas.
We try to despatch your order the same day we receive it. (Monday to Friday) We will deliver your order free of charge if your total order comes to £45 or more otherwise the delivery charge is just £3.98.
We will deliver to you either by Royal Mail, or by parcel carrier, according to weight and value of the order.
Certain items, such as long fluorescent tubes (2ft+/600mm+) these can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to cover the costs for this.
These products are pre-selected for an extra shipping charge of £5.79 ex VAT by our website, however, if any long fluorescent tubes do not pick up this extra delivery fee we will contact you to either take the extra payment or refund the order in full.
Delivery is usually within 72 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. We are unable to despatch orders at weekends and bank holidays.
In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will send everything but that item to you. Once the item comes into stock, we will then complete your order, at no extra delivery cost to you. If you require an item urgently please call or email us with the 'item reference' and we will advise immediately if the item is in stock.
Next day deliveries:
We offer a next day delivery service - Please note, orders must be placed before 3.00pm to guarantee delivery for the next WORKING day. Next day deliveries do not apply to weekends, orders placed on a Friday for a next day delivery will be despatched on Friday but wont be delivered until the Monday. If there is an issue with stock we will let you know ASAP so you can decide if you would like to cancel.
Please note we cannot offer next day deliveries to anywhere outside the UK please contact us before ordering so we can go through available options with you.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. If you need something urgently give us a call to check stock - Please have the item reference to hand as this will help to speed things up.

In no circumstances may goods supplied against a firm order be returned without the purchaser having first applied for obtained the written consent of the company. A handling charge may be deducted from any credit allowed where it is established that the reason for their return was not the subject of the provisions of clause 8 or 13 hereof or through any error on the part of the company. Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition i.e. no writing on box, no stickers/labels and no damaged boxes. If goods are returned in a non resalable condition no credit or replacments will be given.
If you find you have a faulty/damaged item, please notify us and return the goods back to us within 30 days for replacments or a full refund. This must be authorised before sending back to us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing goods rejected by the purchaser as not complying with the contract must be rejected with in 14 working days of delivery.
